Our Story
Sioen PRO’s legacy began in 1967, when Madam Jacqueline Sioen founded a workshop producing durable rainwear for farmers and fishermen. Using coated textiles developed by her husband, Jean‑Jacques Sioen, she addressed the need for weatherproof protection in harsh outdoor conditions.
As the company evolved, so did its ambition. Expanding beyond rainwear, Sioen PPC (“Professional Protective Clothing”) began developing advanced garments for industrial professionals exposed to more complex risks, including flames, static electricity, and chemical splashes.
Decades of continuous innovation, backed by a strong R&D foundation and collaborative expertise from the wider Sioen Apparel House of Brands, positioned Sioen PPC at the forefront of protective clothing.
In 2025, we launched Sioen PRO, the culmination of this legacy: a brand committed to refining our protective offering and guiding customers towards the best solutions for their unique work environments.
